Fresh Pico de Gailo is hard to come by. Especially if you are allergic to cilantro. I've always enjoyed the fresh flavor more than heat and this recipe focuses on flavor. Use as a dip or spread on sandwiches, tacos, burritos and anything else you desire.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Pico dip

4 peppers, jalapeno
2 tomato
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Fresh Pico dip

Using a shredder shred all ingredients and mix in bowl leave out for 1 hr, ( longer if desired hotter ), then refrigerate covered.
