pears- firm, ripe, Anjou or Bosc, unpeeled, cored, diced cilantro-fresh, chopped cranberries, red onion-chopped canned jalapeno pepers or fresh, seeded, finely chopped

2 pears
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
3 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp red onion
1 tbsp jalapeno peppers
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Fresh Pear-Cranberry Chutney

  1. Combine all ingredients in a med bowl; toss to mix and coat.

  2. Let stand for 10 mins for flavors to blend. Serve, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.

  3. 1/2cup per serving
