Super easy and yummy pound cake, key is use fresh peaches

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Peach pound cake

2 cups peaches
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Fresh Peach pound cake

  1. Chop up peaches and coat with 2 tbsp of flour

  2. Melt butter and cream with sugar until light and fluffy

  3. Add eggs one at a time

  4. Add vanilla

  5. Mix 1 1/2 cup of flour with baking powder and salt

  6. Add dry mix to wet mix, then fold peaches into mix, make sure peaches are evenly spread

  7. Pour into greased 8 x 4 loaf pan

  8. Bake 325 for an hour, let cool for 10 minutes
