Fresh pasta using semolina and AP flour or whole wheat, semolina, and AP flour.

Recipe Ingredients for FRESH PASTA

8 oz flour
2 eggs, large
1 t olive oil
1/4 t salt

Recipe Directions for FRESH PASTA

  1. Add all ingredients to pasta machine.

  2. Knead 10 minutes.

  3. Check consistency, dough should form small clumps, if sandy in texture add water 1t at a time and knead additional 3 minutes, if large ball forms add flour 1T at a time and knead additional 3 minutes. You cannot overknead.

  4. Extrude into desired shape.
