Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Pasta Dough

5 medium Egg, Whole
450 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Fresh Pasta Dough

Pour flour into a bowl and add eggs. Mix the eggs in with a fork until they are completely mixed. Knead the mix by hand for at least 10 mins until it becomes supple and elastic. If the mix is too dry add water, too soft add some flour. Remove the mix from the bowl adn place on a lightly floured work surface. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for thirty mins.
