1 large egg
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Fresh pasta for 2

Combine ingredients into a dough and knead until silky smooth. Leave to rest for 30 minutes (covered) before rolling into tagliatelle using a pasta machine. Cook in boiling water until right consistency is achieve. Drain and serve.
