Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Ninja Bowl

0.04 cup tamari
0.04 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 tbsp sesame oil
1/8 tbsp safflower oil
60 g tempeh
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp wheat germ
3/4 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp tamari
7/20 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger
3/20 tsp hot sauce
1/5 tbsp olive oil
1/5 onion
3/5 clove garlic
1/5 tbsp wasabi
2/5 cup tofu
1/5 tsp dijon mustard
1/5 tbsp dill
1/20 cup rice vinegar
1 cup brown rice, cooked 20037
4 cups field greens
2 tbsp sundried tomatoes 122144
1 oz alfalfa sprouts

Recipe Directions for Fresh Ninja Bowl

  1. Marinate cubed tempeh in mixture of items tamari through safflower oil for 1 hour (with salt, pepper, ground anise).

  2. Coat in mixture of yeast and wheat germ, with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Fry in olive oil until brown.

  3. Mix second tamari through ginger, boil and simmer 10 minutes. Mix in hot sauce.

  4. Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil 5 minutes then cool.

  5. Mix olive oil through rice vinegar in blender, adding cooled onion and garlic until smooth.

  6. Toss this dressing with lettuce.

  7. Place rice in large dinner bowl. Put lettuce on top. Drizzle with boiled sauce.

  8. Top with sprouts, tomatoes and tempeh.
