8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1/4 cup mayonnaise (wasabi)
1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 small sweet onion, sliced into 4 thin slices
8 fresh basil leaves
