GREAT ACCOMPIANMENT TO BAKED FISH OR CHICKEN.Also makes a nutritious and delicious topping for sandwich wraps.

Recipe Ingredients for FRESH MANGO SALSA

1 1/2 cups chopped red pepper
1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup mango
1/4 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh herbs
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for FRESH MANGO SALSA

Dice all vegetables and fruit in 1/4 inch cubes.A mix of red,orange and yellow peppers is also nice. Add lime juice and herbs(Cilantro is good choice). Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and allow to sit about 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
