Traditional Lumpia with a fresh twist. A savory meat mixture with sauteed vegetables wrapped in leaf lettuce.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Lumpia

40 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 1/2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
6 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 oz Soy Sauce
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
12 leaf Lettuce, Looseleaf

Recipe Directions for Fresh Lumpia

Chop all vegetables. Sautee Onions and garlic with Ground beef. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Add chopped vegetables and egg yolk. Spoon finished product into a leaf lettuce.
