A fresh combo for dipping with Pita chips for snack or lunch. Use chunk crab, not canned for a nicer texture.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Lemon Crab Dip

1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 cup Lump Crab Meat
5 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Fresh Lemon Crab Dip

  1. Chop cilantro and crab meat into desirable sizes. The smaller the better for mixing.

  2. Juice 2-3 lemons or use bottled lemon juice.

  3. Mix. Refrigerate and enjoy.

  4. Should last up to 2 days refrigerated.

  5. Can replace crab with canned tuna or salmon.
