Mum makes this fresh juice with raw vegetables and fruit for herself, dad and I. It is very nutritious and gives you a concentrated shot of vitamins and minerals. (Some ingredients change from time to time)

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Juice

3 Medium Tomatoes
3 cup, chopped Carrots
2 serving Beetroot Slices
2 medium apple Apples
5 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
2 cup Grapes

Recipe Directions for Fresh Juice

Simple really. Get your vegetables and fruit, place it in a juicer. Afterward when it all comes out, just stir and drink.
