Makes 3/4 c (2 Tbsp a serving) and 6 servings total.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Herbs & Oil Dressing

1/4 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Sunflower Oil
1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
2 tsp Basil, chopped
1 tsp Dill, chopped
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Cayenne
1 clove Garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Fresh Herbs & Oil Dressing

  1. Mix together and chill for at least 1 hour. Can keep refrigerated up to 2 days. Makes 3/4 c (2 Tbsp a serving) and 6 servings total.

  2. Options: Go Greek and sub mint for basil or go French with thyme and rosemary.
