Easy, delicious, healthy guacamole.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Guacamole

4 avocados, mashed
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 large tomato, diced
3 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Fresh Guacamole

  1. Mash avocados. Chop onion. Dice tomato. Squeeze lime juice. Chop handful of cilantro, including stems. Chop garlic finely.

  2. Mix together ingredients. Add salt and lime juice until it is a little salty and nicely limey.
