Recipe Ingredients for fresh guacamole

2 avocados
2 roma tomato
1 pinch of kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh jalapeno
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for fresh guacamole

  1. peel and core avocados, mash with a fork in a bowl

  2. dice tomatoes and jalapeno, add to avocado

  3. mince cilantro and garlic

  4. mix together, avocado, tomato, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, and salt, add lime juice, and stir well
