A Simple and easy salad with good protein and fair fiber.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Grilled Chicken Salad

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup walnuts
142 g Spring Mix Salad
2 tomatoes
1 Onion
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fresh Grilled Chicken Salad

  1. Preheat medium skillet with extra virgin olive oil over a medium heat.

  2. Slice Chicken breast into approx 1 inch long strips

  3. Add chicken to skillet sear all sides and reduce heat to low medium. Stir occasionally until cooked through.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl and toss.

  5. Pat dry chicken after cooked and place in fridge for 5 minutes before use.

  6. Serve salad in bowls and distribute chicken strips equally.
