15 olives Krinos Pitted Kalamata Olives
45 grams Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(164 g) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(186 g) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried
80 grams Red Onion
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Fresh Greek Salsa

  1. Chop all vegetables and mix with cheeses.

  2. Mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and orgeno.
