garden veggie and pasta salad and dressing. serving size is meal sized portion of about 1cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh from the garden pasta salad

16 oz rotini
1 large zucchini
2 medium bell peppers
1 large cucumber
2 large tomatoes
2 cups canola oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp basil

Recipe Directions for Fresh from the garden pasta salad

  1. mix ingredients from oil down together in a jar and sit in fridge

  2. cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water

  3. chop veggies and add to large bowl with pasta

  4. pour dressing over and mix

  5. can be ate immediately or chilled. Should be extra dressing in the bowl that will be absorbed by pasta.
