Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Fruits cake from Olga's Healthy Choice

150 g whole wheat flour
30 g baking powder
30 g brown sugar
50 g butter
2 whole eggs
100 Fruit Salad
40 g raisin
30 g dark chocolate
100 g Low Fat Plain Yogurt
30 g sliced almond
30 g sherry
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cloves
1 pinch of lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Fresh Fruits cake from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a deep bowl, beat eggs with cooled melted butter, sugar. Then add flour and mix. Then add other mixture and mix.

  2. (Prepare fresh fruits in small pieces and mix it with raisins, sherry, cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest in advance.)

  3. Pure all into the cooking tray previously prepared for baking.

  4. Cook in oven starting from 250 o C and lowering heat in every 6-7 minutes 50 o C, about 25-30 minutes.
