Recipe Ingredients for fresh fruit summer smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
1/4 cup ripe papaya, peeled, deseeded, and chopped
1/4 cup mango, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup ice
1/2 scoop whey protein

Recipe Directions for fresh fruit summer smoothie

  1. Combine OJ, pineapple, papaya, mango and honey in a blender

  2. Add whey protein

  3. Add ice

  4. If want to freeze the fresh stuff so it doesn't go bad, you can use the frozen fruit just omit ice
