Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Salad with Lime-Ginger Syrup

1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp orange zest
1 1/2 cup pineapple, fresh, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup blueberries
2 fruit+without+skin,+medium kiwi

Recipe Directions for Fresh Fruit Salad with Lime-Ginger Syrup

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 5 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup, whisking constantly. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in lime and orange rinds.

  3. Combine pineapple and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour syrup over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

  4. Serving Size: 1/2 cup
