Edible container for holding fresh fruit usually shaped like a pancake with ridges. Variation: Substitute 21-oz can cherry pie filling for fresh fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Container

8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3.5 oz Domino Premium Pure Cane Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
8 serving Whipping Cream

Recipe Directions for Fresh Fruit Container

  1. Combine 8 oz pkg. cream cheese

  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  5. Mix until well blended.

  6. Fold into 1 cup whipping cream

  7. Spoon mixture onto waxed paper covered cookie sheet to form eight shells; freeze.

  8. Fill center of each shell with fresh fruit (or cherry pie filling) before serving.

  9. Makes 8 servings.
