Dip for Middle Eastern or Indian food

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Dip

100 g yoghurt, low fat, plain
1/2 tsp lemon zest
50 g cucumber, finely chopped and deseeded
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped finely
2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped finely
1 tbsp garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Fresh Dip

  1. Ensure garlic in very finely minced, preferably grated.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Serve with Kofta, Curry puffs etc...
