Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Curried Garbanzo Filling

2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
1 green pepper
2 chili peppers
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp turmeric
4 cups chick peas
1/2 cup tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Fresh Curried Garbanzo Filling

  1. Saute garlic, spices and vegetables in oil 5 minutes over medium-low until soft.

  2. Mash beans in processor and add to pan with tomato paste.

  3. Stir until heated through.
