Recipe Ingredients for fresh crab salad

1 1/2 cup crab meat
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup tomato
2 garlic cloves
2 oranges
1 ounce goat cheese

Recipe Directions for fresh crab salad

  1. chop all veggies and mix in bowl, segment oranges and squeeze in juice

  2. add crumbled goat cheese and crab mix let sit over night and add to fresh spinach or salad greens
