Recipe Ingredients for Fresh corn relish

1 small red onion, quartered
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. fresh basil
1 T. fresh dill
2 garlic cloves
4 1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. ground turmeric

Recipe Directions for Fresh corn relish

  1. In food processor combine first 8 ingredients until finely chopped. Transfer to large saucepan. Add corn. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  2. Cook over medium for 10 min. Serve hot or cold.
