Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Chicken Stir-Fry

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.75 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Chard, Swiss
0.5 small Onions
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Fresh Chicken Stir-Fry

In skillet, heat olive oil, and brown chicken. Add veggies and cook till softened, then add swiss chard and cook till wilted. Splash with soy sauce during cooking. Serve over rice.
