Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Cherry Muffins

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup splenda
2 cups flour
1 cup , chopped cherries
4 tablespoons oleo, melted
1 cup 1% milk
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

Recipe Directions for Fresh Cherry Muffins

  1. Heat Oven to 375

  2. Combine salt, baking powder, cinnamon, splenda, and flour

  3. Gently stir in cherries

  4. In a seperate bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and flavoring

  5. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture

  6. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full

  7. Bake 20 minutes
