I made this a little healthier by lowering the amount of butter and eggs. These did come out a bit dense, but still tasty!

4 serving Food You Feel Good About Flour
4 serving Food You Feel Good About All Purpose Flour
1.3 cup Lowfat Buttermilk
0.7 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter
6 tsp Sugar Pure Cane Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
6 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Fresh Buttermilk Pancakes! 1

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Melt the butter.

  3. Add all of the wet ingredients.

  4. Heat up frying pan and spray with canola oil. Cook pancakes as usual.
