Recipe Ingredients for fresh bruschetta

4 ounces french baguette
2 beefsteak tomatoes
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

Recipe Directions for fresh bruschetta

  1. slice the baguette into 1/2 ounces pieces (about).

  2. slice the mozzarel into small slices, about half an ounce each.

  3. top the pieces of baguette with a small slice of cheese, a generous slice of tomato, and a sprinkling of the fresh basil.
