1/3 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  2. Pour over and mix with broccoli, sunflower and onion.
