Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Broccoli Salad

8 cup frozen broccoli
1 red onion
1/2 pound bacon
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup hellmann's light mayonnaise
1/4 cup splenda
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Fresh Broccoli Salad

  1. Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Cool and crumble.

  2. Broccoli and cut the onion into thin bite-size slices.

  3. Combine with the bacon, raisins, your sunflower and mix well.

  4. To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, splenda and vinegar together until smooth. Stir into the salad, let chill and serve.
