Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Avocado Olive Salad

8 kalamata olives
2 cups iceberg lettuce
1/3 red onion
1/4 avocado
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp salad dressing
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
2 tsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts

  1. shred lettuce, thinly slice onions, cube avocado, and the rest is pretty simple!

  2. TIPS***I like to mix my fave salad dressing with the balsamic vinegar because the vinegar is very low cal, and I usually buy a small bag of mixed seeds for my salads bulk.
