Recipe Ingredients for fresh applesauce

2 Medium Apple Apples
2 Apple Red Delicious Apples
24 oz Fuji Apples
0.5 oz Evaporated Cane Juice
1 piece Cinnamon
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for fresh applesauce

core apples and chunk into bite size peices with peel. Place into 6 quart pot with cinnamon stick and sugar. Cover with water and bring to boil until absorbed and liquid is gone. Serve warm or at room temp
