Recipe Ingredients for french toast sticks

1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
8 serving L'oven Fresh whole wheat toast
2 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 tbsp Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for french toast sticks

Cut off all 4 sides of bread crust. Mix milk, egg and whites, cinnamon, and honey in large shallow bowl. Use 1/2 tablespoon of butter per two slices and heat butter in pan before adding bread. Dip bread in mixture and add to melted butter in pan. Cook until brown and crisp. Cut each slice into 4 equal slices. Serve warm.
