French toast made with splenda and egg beater and soy milk.

Recipe Ingredients for French Toast Sheryl's way

1 cup egg beater
1/8 cup soymilk
2 oz whole milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup splenda
9 slices of white bread
1/4 tsp salt, table
1 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for French Toast Sheryl's way

  1. Combine following ingredients in a bowl large enough to dip bread into-

  2. 1 cup egg beaters

  3. 2 oz or 1/8 cup light vanilla soy milk

  4. 2 oz or 1/8 cup whole milk

  5. 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

  6. 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

  7. 1/4 cup Splenda or to taste

  8. Heat griddle or pan

  9. Brush vegetable oil on griddle or pan as needed to keep toast from sticking

  10. Dip the bread into the egg mixture, making sure to cover the entire slice, without saturating.

  11. Immediately place egg coated bread on the grill

  12. Brown to your liking.
