Recipe Ingredients for French toast

1/4 cup egg beaters
2 2 packets Truvia
1/4 cup Cultured Fat Free Buttermilk
1 serving Light White Bread (2 slices)
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup Smucker's Sugar Free Syrup

Recipe Directions for French toast

  1. Preheat griddle of skillet to 325 degrees.

  2. Whisk together egg beaters, sweatener, milk and pour into a pie plate.

  3. Cut the slices in half diagonally.

  4. Soak the bread pieces in the egg mixture on both sides, until the egg mixture is completely absorbed

  5. Spray surface of the griddle with non-stick cooking spray.

  6. Fry each side about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
