1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for French Toast

  1. Whisk Egg Whites, Cinnamon, Milk, and Vanilla into a wide bowl

  2. Heat a Non- Stick pan at medium heat,

  3. Dip a slice of whole wheat bread into the egg whites mixture and coat it.

  4. Cook the bread on the pan evenly on both sides until the egg is fully cooked.

  5. Top with fruit at sprinkle a small amount of powdered sugar.
