2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Whole Milk
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for French Toast

toast the bread and heat oil in nonstick pan. mix egg and milk in shallow dish. add the toasted bread into mixture until coated and add to pan, medium heat. cook until dark golden brown. add maple syrup or honey to taste
