Recipe Ingredients for french toast

1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 servings of 35 bread , toasted
1/16 cup lite syrup
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for french toast

  1. put egg beaters, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a shallow bowl and whisk together

  2. grease your non stick pan (i use original pam) and put it on med-high heat

  3. get a slice of toasted bread and emerge it in the mixture on both sides.

  4. put the slice on the pan and cook till its browned, flip.

  5. repeat with the other 2 slices.

  6. cut each slice into thirds and dip in syrup and enjoy with milk
