Recipe Ingredients for French Toast

1 slice wheat bread
1 egg
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar free syrup

Recipe Directions for French Toast

  1. Mix together egg whites, milk and cinnamon in a plate.

  2. Place one slice of bread in mixture, allowing to soak. Do this for both sides.

  3. Put in greased pan and cook on medium heat until browned.
