Recipe Ingredients for French Toast

12 ounces wheat bread
3 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for French Toast

  1. Preheat oven to warm (to keep done pieces warm).

  2. In a shallow bowl mix all ingredients except the bread.

  3. Dip piece of bread in the mixture and place on a skillet with Pam or butter.

  4. 3-4 minutes per side and then put in a dish in the oven to stay warm.
