Recipe Ingredients for French Toast

567 g bread
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp nonfat milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for French Toast

  1. Mix egg, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

  2. Dip bread in mixture, fully coating each slice.

  3. Place in frying pan or griddle coated with nonstick spray.

  4. Cook through until slightly browned on both sides.

  5. Enjoy plain or with topping of your choice! I recommend powdered (confectioner's) sugar or lite syrup.
