French Toast made with orange juice

Recipe Ingredients for French Toast

8 slices whole wheat bread
5 large eggs
4 ounces orange juice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for French Toast

  1. Combine eggs, orange juice and cinnamon in blender.

  2. Arrange bread one layer deep on a cookie sheet and pour egg mixture over the bread. Lift bread and tilt cookie sheet to make sure both sides of bread are evenly coated.

  3. Melt 1 tsp butter in large frying pan, add four slices of egg-soaked bread in a single layer and cook until lightly browned on one side and then turn over. Repeat with remaining four slices of bread.
