Recipe Ingredients for French Toast Pancakes

2 eggs
7 g (1 teaspoon) almond flour
1 teaspoon Chia Seed
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 T milk

Recipe Directions for French Toast Pancakes

  1. Butter a large round skillet set at low-medium heat (4/10).

  2. Whip all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Pour into heated skillet.

  4. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or until the eggs have set.

  5. Flip over and cook for an additional 1 minute uncovered.

  6. Serve with butter and sugar-free syrup.
