Recipe Ingredients for French Toast (Oven)

16 slices bread

BATTER:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 T vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 t salt

Recipe Directions for French Toast (Oven)

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  2. Grease (spray oil) 2 cookie sheets.

  3. Mix all batter ingredients together.

  4. Dip each bread slice into batter and set aside.

  5. Heat pans in oven for 1 minute then add battered bread slices.

  6. Bake 5-8 minutes, turn bread over and bake 2-4 minutes longer until golden brown.

  7. Remove and serve.
