5 slices whole grain Bread
3 large eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for French Toast made with skim milk and regular butter

Combine eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Melt butter in skillet. When butter is melted, dip both sides of bread into egg mixture and lay coated bread on skillet. Toast each side until golden brown. Serve with syrup and light butter.
