2 egg whites
2 tbsp almond breeze
1 tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 scoop Stevia Powder
2 serving vermont Sugar Free Syrup

Recipe Directions for French Toast - Low Calorie

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl

  2. Pour into small plate

  3. Warm bread then soak each side for 15 seconds

  4. add remaining mixture to top of bread after it has started cooking
