A way to serve the whole family french toast without standing over the pan all morning.

Recipe Ingredients for French Toast Casserole

15 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for French Toast Casserole

  1. Grease 9x13 inch pan with butter.

  2. Mix together eggs, milk and 2/3 cup of the syrup.

  3. Cut a loaf of day old French bread into 1 inch cubes. Add to above mixture and stir gently.

  4. Pour into casserole pan.

  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

  6. (Can be refrigerated overnight at this point.)

  7. One by one, spread brown sugar, 2/3 c maple syrup, and melted butter on top.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees (325 for a glass pan) for 45 mins.
