Vegan french toast batter, single serving. 1/8 cup unsweetened almond breeze 1/2 tsp sug. 1 tsp cornstarch dash cinnamon dash salt

Recipe Ingredients for French Toast Batter

1/8 cup unsweetened almond breeze
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for French Toast Batter

  1. mix all ingredient together, add a dash of vanilla extract if you'd like.

  2. pour into small plate

  3. dip stale or toasted bread into mixture(i use a really yummy cinnamon raisin bread)

  4. cook on medium heat on sprayed nonstick skillet.

  5. If you have a poor quality nonstick you may need to use butter or oil.

  6. Delish!

  7. If soggy(it happens) finish off in the oven.

  8. this is enough for 2 slices of bread, 1 serving.
